Effectiveness Consultants is an international management consulting- and training network, operating within Scandinavia, Great Britain, USA and southern Africa.

Training programs & courses


We believe that every individual is equipped with a unique ability to use his/her own experiences as a source for learning and deeper insights. In line with that belief, all of our training programs are designed based on the principles and philosophy of experiential learning, i.e., they consist of a series of highly practical learning situations intended to enable participants to:
  • actively assess their current skills, knowledge, perceptions and assumptions
  • take personal responsibility for developing alternative approaches, skills and/or strategies in those areas where they believe that improvement is necessary
  • immediately apply and test their newly gained knowledge and skills as part of the training process.
