Information: 
Thomas is an experienced process consultant who often acts as Senior Consultant in extensive assignments for larger organisations. Thomas is responsible for the licensee training of new IDI-facilitators and is the ’spider’ in our web of licensed IDI-facilitators in Sweden and Internationally.

The last few years Thomas has had various assignments in Sweden and internationally in which the major focus has been leadership training and developing management functions and teams.
