Stefan is responsible for the administration regarding the behaviour instrument IDI owned by Effectiveness Consultants.

He is trained human resource management in PA- program at the university of Linköping. Stefan has long experience in group interaction within Lernia (former Amu-gruppen).

He is a licensed IDI- facilitator.
