Information:
Since 1975 Lars worked as a Trainer, Head of a Training Department and Internal consultant in the field of Organizational Development until 1994, when he became a member of the EC network.

In recent years, Lars worked extensively with Organizational Change, Group Development for Management Teams and Working Groups, Management and Leadership Development Programs and Coaching for Managers in both the Private and Public Sector.

On the international level he has in recent years worked with Strategic Planning in Latvia, conducted a review of HR in Ukraine's Civil Service - both for the World Bank - trained Organizational Consultants in the UK and worked with Leadership Training in Macedonia and in the Republic of South Africa.
