Information:
Johan has worked in the military as a facilitator in leadership at Karlberg, Human Resource Manager and teacher at the military school. He has worked at Effectiveness Consultants since inception 1983, first as freelance and since 1988 as Senior Partner and partner.

Johan is since 2001 working chairman and act as internal support and mentor.
