Information:
Erik has worked as a Consultant since 1993 and is a member of the network Effectiveness Consultants since 1998. He has helped many public and private organizations with assistance in bringing about change as a consultant, coach and mentor.

Erik has a teaching background and has previously worked as teacher, staff developers, intercultural consultant, headmaster administrative manager.
